Well 4 OOS Sept- October 2018 will be unable to get combined sample for nitrate at this TP
05/11/2012: Jeri, please increase the monitoring so that wells 3 and 4 and TP02 are all sampled together each quarter. This will have to continue indefinitely. Since TP02 is a backup source of water, New Holland needs to be able to show that well 3 and 4 can be blended together sufficiently at all times, otherwise a mixing tank or treatment may be required.
